TRAINING SERVICES

Rates vary from $400-800per month depending on the service needed and the amount of time. I train in 30-day increments, but can also do 45 days or give you a quote on a number of days you would like. I can also do a week-by-week deal after the first month. Multiple months or horses will always get a discount!

GROUNDWORK & COLT STARTING

Starting under saddle and teaching basics

Groundwork involves an intimate understanding of your animal’s natural and individual history. I work with natural horsemanship methods used by Buck Branamman, Ray Hunt, and many others. Your horse has plenty of potential to learn and understand commands, and my techniques will lay the foundation for you to build upon. I combine your needs and wants with the natural attributes of your horse.

$800/month includes board and feed

MILES & BARRELS

Honing Skills and Starting the Pattern

If your horse needs more time in the saddle, or to be started on barrels, Waggoner Performance Horses may be a great option for you. Sessions are done at my training facility, with personalized plans to fit your horse’s needs. I will hone their skills in all around riding, and/or start them on the pattern. If they have a particular problem on the pattern or with general riding, I work hard to fix it. I can also haul them to see the sights and enter them in races for an additional fee.
$700/month includes board and feed.

CONSIGNMENT

Sell your Horse

Consignment is my most popular service. I ride each horse at least 4-5 times a week to keep them in shape and looking good, as well as keeping them patterned if needed. I take care of putting together ads and setting up appointments for potential buyers. I have multiple plans to to choose from, especially if you're in a rush or can't afford the horse anymore in general!
